Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student.
Students will be required to supply their student identification card during the conference.
In order to participate to ESARS-ITEC 2018, at least one author of each paper must register (full or student registration) for the conference.
Registrants may register up to three papers per registration. First paper is included in the registration fee, each additional paper incurs a fee of 250 € .
IEEE Members will be required to supply membership number of their IEEE membership card.

All payments should be in Euro (EUR). Payments by wire transfer should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Please ensure that your institution absorbs ALL bank charges (your bank or any other intermediary bank). We may be unable to view the registration as paid if the full amount does not reach our account. If paying via wire transfer, please quote your Registration ID and the Paper ID.

Cancellation Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend the Conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organisation.
Registrations cancelled before 15th September will be charged at 20% of the total amount.
Registrations cancelled after 15th September will not be eligible for a refund.
